Are your jewels tarnishing?
- 316L Stainless Steel: No, it does not tarnish and is resistant to oxidation, even when exposed to water or sweat.
- 925 Silver: It may slightly oxidize over time, especially when exposed to chemicals (perfume, cream) or humid air. Regular cleaning will restore its shine.
Are they waterproof?
- 316L Stainless Steel: yes, you can wear it in the shower, pool or sea without risk.
- 925 Silver: it can withstand occasional water exposure, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure (chlorinated pools, sea water) to preserve its shine over time.
How do I clean my jewelry?
- 316L Stainless Steel: clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then dry thoroughly.
- 925 Silver: use a special silver cleaning cloth or a soft cloth with a little neutral soap. Avoid abrasive products or toothpaste.
Where do you ship your items from?
All our items are shipped from France.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is automatically sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I modify my order?
Yes, but only before shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@omiro.fr for any changes (address, size, item, etc.).
